Ms. Allie MacDonald, Outreach Agent, Low Income Homeowner Service for Trinity Inspection Services, a partner of Effecience Nova Scotia, visited the Rotary Club to promote the Low Income Energy Effeciency program.  For qualifying low income homeowners, Efficiency Nova Scotia will:
  • make upgrades to insulation
  • seal holes and cracks
  • all at no-charge
To determine what energy efficiency upgrades your home needs, an Efficiency Partners will conduct a no-charge energy assessment of the home.  If upgrades, like draft proofing and insulation are recommended and approved, the home owner will receive those upgrades at no cost.  The Efficiency Partner will manage the full project for you, from start to finish. Packages of material available to club member who know of someone who might qualify.
