Rotary Polio Jersey Challenge

 

Luke MacDonald is a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Halifax Harbourside. He donates $5.00 to Rotary Foundation's  End Polio Now campaign each time he wears his Rotary cycling jersey on a ride and he has challenged other Rotarians  to do the same.  

 

PDG Jim Goit wears his jersey on almost all his rides and has picked up the challenge by doing the same and making a donation to the Rotary Foundation.  At the Rotary Club of Truro's Monday he announced that he has completed 32 rides and there are  two and a half months of biking season left!

 

 The Jerseys also help promote Rotary in the community.  This is a photo of PDG Jim with Rotarian Ron Zwaagstra on a recent ride around the Aspotogan loop.
