Rotary Friendship Exchange Concludes

The 2012 Rotary Friendship Exchange to the Truro area concluded at the regular Club meeting Monday June 11th.  The 9 Rotarians and spouses from District 9650 New South Wales area of Australia spend the weekend with Truro Rotarians and saw some of the attractions in our area.  They were hosted at our annual summer social on Saturday night. 

At the Monday meeting the 5 clubs who were represented from District 9650 exchanged banners with the Truro Club and expressed their thanks to our members for their hospitality. They headed to St. John's Newfoundland for the final leg of their trip.

Thanks go the Christian Blair, Judy Nicholson and Ryan Johnson as the committee who organized the events in our area and to all the Rotarians who volunteered their time and homes to host our guests.  It was a great experience for all involved.
