Rotarians Collect Donations at Opening of Rath Eastlink Community Centre

Members of the Rotary Club of Truro collected donations at the opening of the new Rath Eastlink Community Centre on March 2nd. All proceeds will go toward the Colchester Community Workshops Foundation and Rotary House.  In addition to a free will offering for the otherwise free hockey game between the Truro Junior A Bearcats and the Metro Shipbuilders, Rotarians held a silent auction and raffle for limited editions hockey prints of Sydney Crosby and Nathan MacKinnon. Over $5000 was collected by the end of the evening and a good time was had by all.
