Rotary Week got off to a great start with the official flag raising in front to the Truro Town Hall right after the Club's Monday April 16th regular meeting.
A large number of enthusiastic Rotarians watched as Town of Truro Mayor Bill Mills and Colchester County Mayor (and Rotarian) Christine Blair helped President Alana Hirtle raise the Rotary flag up the pole. It will fly for the remainder of the week in recognition of the role that Rotary has played in the community for the past 92 years.
