Members of the Rotary Club had a good day cleaning up the Robie Street/ Highway 102 interchange on Saturday April 28th.
The crew picked 48 bags of trash including everything from Tim Hortons cups, Kentucky Fried and MacDonalds containers, every kind of plastic imaginable, lots of Styrofoam, car parts including a complete Honda front bumper) and one pair of men’s cotton briefs.
Members participating included Brian Matthews Jim Goit, Chester MacPhee, Ken MacLean, Carl Fleming, Wayne Gillis, Heather-Anne Grant. Not in the picture were Laurie Sandeson, Lloyd Coady and Mike Topley who was behind the camera.
Everyone was cold but the interchange looks much better!.
