RETURN POLICY
ROTARY CLUB OF TRURO

CONVENTIONS / DINNERS / EVENTS

The Rotary Club of Truro reserves the right to not refund any monies paid if the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to the event.
 
If for any reason an event is cancelled by the Rotary Club of Truro or due to any unforeseen circumstance (such as weather) then a full refund will be made available.
 

MEMBER DUES

The Rotary Club of Truro reserves the right to not refund any membership dues.
 

YEARBOOK

If a Community Yearbook Agreement is terminated by the sponsor following the date the sponsor’s photo has been taken then a cancellation fee of $150 will be applied and the balance of any monies paid by the sponsor will be refunded. When a cancellation by the sponsor occurs 60 days after the sponsor’s photo has been taking taken the Rotary Club of Truro reserves the right to not refund any monies.
 
If for any reason a sponsor wants to terminate their Community Yearbook Agreement before any photos have been taken then any monies paid by the sponsor will be refunded.
 
If for any reason the Yearbook committee rejects a sponsors image or text and terminates the contract; a refund of any monies paid by the sponsor less a $50.00 administration and photo fee will be refunded.
