Rotary Club International Student Bursary Awarded

The Rotary Club of Truro International Student Bursary was awarded at the NSAC Student Awards Banquet October 23rd to student Sukkasini Thissaverasingan.

The $1000 will go toward assisting her with her further education in Canada. Sukkasini who has lived and studied all over the world and offers her special thanks to the Rotary Club of Truro. She will be making a presentation at a meeting after Christmas. Club member Jim Goit was on hand at the awards banquet to congratulate Sukkasini.
