District Governor Don Sword made his official visit to the Rotary Club of Truro on October 23. In addition to meeting with the Directors and Chairs and speaking to the Club at our meeting, the DG and his wife Pat visited Rotary House and the Colchester Community works as well as other projects around the community. They also attended the club's Get to Know Rotary event in the evening, interacted with Rotarians and potential Rotarians and then helped us celebrate World Polio Day. It was a busy time in Truro!
We appreciated the DG's message of encouragement and are working to helping him fulfill his PIPE dreams.
