The Highway Clean-up Committe had a good turnout for the annual Adopt-a-Highway Community Service project. Thanks to Al Begin and sons Patrick & Cameron, Keith Gillis, Laurie Sandeson, Carl Fleming, Chester MacPhee, and Wayne Gillis. The group gathered 68 bags of trash, a car muffler, grocery cart and a 2x12 plank, 12' long.

The most succesful finder was Carl who discovered a Bing Crosby CD of Old time Christmas songs. Fun to imagine the circumstances that it would have been chucked out the window........the Robie Street interchange is clean.
