Announcements and Reports:
- Matt reported that the Yearbook process was moving forward. The client base was still being improved. There would be a note going out to all past clients asking if they would like to reserve space for this year. If they say yes (or not) that would cut down on the number of visits necessary. There were a lot of new potential clients this year so he asked that people please confirm the contact information (email in particular) as well as the ad size.
- Laurie reported on RYLA which will be held on May 31st. The usual schools have been canvassed and this year two new schools have been added. The program is being filled out and volunteers have come forward, however everyone is welcome. This year the event will be at the MacRae Library on the DalAC campus starting at 9:00am.
- Jim reported that Les has been using his new tablet for the past couple of meetings. The old one had been cleaned off and was available if someone knew of an organization that might be able to make use of it.
- Please be reminded about the Annual Highway clean up of the Robie Street/Highway 102 exchange coming up on May 25th. Please meet a 9:00 am at the parking of Canadian Tire. Ware your boots.
- Program Chair Kevin is looking for speakers for future meetings. Please send him your ideas.
