Sep. 25, 2020 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
As discussed at our recent Monday meeting, we are going to try a "socially distanced social" for club members. Terry's daughter Laura has offered us the use of their barn at Round Barn Farm in Old Barns. The event will be next Friday, September 25, 5:30-7:00pm for a gathering and catered meal from Old Road BBQ, consisting of a pulled pork sandwich on freshly baked bun, potato salad, baked beans, bbq sauce, cookie or brownie. The cost per person is $12.50 tax in ($25 per couple) and we will require people to register and pre-pay no later than noon, next Wednesday, September 23, so as to guarantee a proper amount of food. The club will provide plates, napkins, cutlery, gloves, hand sanitizer and garbage removal; we'll ask you to bring your own beverage, cups, folding chair, and mask if you aren't able to maintain the 2M (6 FT) spacing. To that end, for this event we ask that the attendance be limited to adults only. Please register here so we know from whom to expect payments. Then please etransfer the funds ($12.50 single, $25.00 couple) to Al at etrct0949@gmail.com . Please make sure to include in the Message line that you are paying for the Sept 25 meal. If we do not have your payment by noon on September 23, we will not include you in the food count. If you need to make other arrangements for payment, please contact Al or Judy to discuss. We look forward to seeing you all live and in person! |
