Wayne Gillis Receives Paul Harris Fellowship

Rotarian Wayne Gills was presented with a Paul Harris Fellowship from District Governor Tom McCaughey for his work and Assistant Governor and especially for his work on the new By-Laws and Constitution for District 7820.  Wayne worked tirelessly to complete the redraft of the governing documents for District that were adopted at the Annual General Meeting on May in Halifax.  Making the presentation was incoming District Governor Elect Stella Roy from the Halifax Harbourside Club.  Congratulations Wayne!
