Club Hosts BBQ in support of Truro Minor Football Association

The Rotary Club of Truro hosted a BBQ in support of the Truro Minor Football Association.  Organized by Community Chair Dave Mills, members of the Club served up hot dogs and cold drinks to the many fans who had come out to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of minor football in Truro and watch some great games. Donations made to the BBQ were given to the Association to  support its programs.

It was fitting that the club helped celebrate the event as the Rotary Club of Truro was one of the early sponsors of the minor football in Truro and there was a trophy given for many years called the Rotary Cup. 

Despite the rainy weather everyone had a great time.  Thank you to all those to participated.
