Club Has Successful Lobster Social

Thanks to the efforts of Social Committee Co-chairs Marilyn Brown and Sharon Corcoran and their committee including Christine Blair and Judy Nicholson, the club had a widely successful Lobster Social at the.Shortt's Lake Home of Richard and Maralyn Bowness on Saturday June 9th. .  Ken Maclean and Llody Coady cooked the lobster and many others including Orland Dickson helped prepare them for supper.

The social was planned to coincide with the visit of the Rotary Friendship Exchange tour from Australia. The Rotarians from downunder seemed to enjoy their time at the lake and expressed their appreciation to the Rotary Club of Truro for their hospitality.
