This organization works closely with school children in Truro and district schools to raise funds for enabling villages in developing countries obtain pure drinking water from wells. This water replaces water typically drawn from impure sources with resulting serious effects on the health of those using this water.

Water of Life involves the recipients of the wells throughout the process by having them match the financial contributions of Canadian schoolchildren and by constructing the wells.

 Joanna Christianson thanked the speaker.
