Speaker: Rotarian Alana Hirtle
Alana gave a great presentation on the Club’s Strategic Planning process which is now underway. The old plan expires this year.
Alana spoke about the importance of planning and the process involved in getting a new 3-year plan in place. She is welcoming input from all members. Anyone who would like to be part of the process should let Alana know. First step will be a review of the old plan – what is working, what is not. It is suggested that a half day to full day strategic planning workshop be held in January, facilitated by a third party. The plan is to present the new strategic plan at the semi-annual meeting in June, 2017.
Alana was thanked for her presentation and enthusiasm and there was a good show of support for this activity.
